Coachella 2025 Luxury Rental Campaign
Objective
The goal of this project was to increase luxury rental bookings for The Maimon Group’s high-end desert properties during Coachella. The campaign aimed to position Maimon’s homes as the ultimate private retreat for festival-goers, capturing the exclusivity, indulgence, and effortless luxury of staying in a designer desert oasis.
Through a blend of cinematic visuals, social media storytelling, and a high-converting landing page, we set out to:
-
Increase bookings by presenting Maimon properties as exclusive, high-touch experiences.
-
Target affluent, experience-seeking women in their 20s–30s with VIP lifestyle content.
-
Elevate brand perception by merging festival aesthetics with upscale hospitality.

The Challenge
The client had no lifestyle assets, only static real estate photos, and no budget for production. With limited resources, we needed to create a fully realized campaign that looked premium and aspirational while working within a shoestring budget. The entire visual experience had to be built from scratch with speed, ingenuity, and digital tools.

Design Solution
Campaign Concept: Desert Dreamscapes – Elevate Your Coachella Escape
We developed an aspirational visual narrative using AI-generated lifestyle imagery and strategic art direction that captured the feeling of a luxurious, private Coachella retreat.
-
Framed architectural shots against sun-drenched desert skies for maximum visual appeal.
-
Simulated cinematic lifestyle moments—brunches, pool lounging, golden-hour transitions—using AI-enhanced storytelling and compositing.
-
Designed a branded landing page optimized for bookings, infused with the campaign’s tone: soft luxury, escapism, and modern ease.
-
Created a scroll-friendly social media toolkit with curated content for pre-, during, and post-Coachella moments.

Outcome
Despite a limited budget, the campaign delivered a high-end visual experience that captured attention and generated interest and social media engagement. The Maimon Group was thrilled with the outcome: a low-cost, high-quality campaign that made their properties stand out in a saturated Coachella rental market, elevating brand perception without the typical production overhead.
